A beautiful building in a stunning village. The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. The bar was wonderful and the food was to die for. I highly recommend Thatchers and will definitely be back again in the future. I love my visits to The Thatchers have been using this hotel pre-covid and missed it whilst it was closed This hotel is close to RHS Wisley The staff are welcoming, food is very good although a little limited. Cant fault the way the food is presented and is lovely and hot. Well done to all the staff.

Weekend break

Really nice stay we did the park and ride to Guildford nice shopping, then back to the hotel relax with lovely food and drink with a great roommfy bed and warm shower. Fantastic full breakfast, followed by a walk in the surrey hills a lovely weekend

Shower needed repair, broken electric wall socket not a big deal,lovely staff generally quite and a lovely location, road noise but not overly loud, I'm very sensitive to noise, so only annoying part was a hearing test type of tone that was persistent through the night it was there one night and not the next. The nature and Horsley towers were beautiful, reasonably priced stay.

Nice large rooms, good comfortable bed. Breakfast nice, staff friendly. Only downside, the hot water took forever to come through, water spurted out the shower head in all directions soaking the bathroom before falling off!

Fabulous hotel!

Booked for a 3 night stay, perfect location between Legoland and Chessington world of adventures at an absolute bargain. The hotel is a little gem, service through out was exceptional, food is fantastic, we had both breakfast and evening meals.

2nd stay just as good as the first!

It was our second stay at Thatchers. I hoped it would be as comfortable and relaxing as the first one and I wasn't disappointed. From the moment you arrive the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet and, again, the staff at breakfast are also friendly, competent and helpful
