“The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...

“This place is a real enigma: accommodation is excellent, lovely large, clean well appointed room and bathroom but the entertainment/ restaurant/ pool centre was my idea of hell. (Resembles a very busy food court in a noisy overcrowded mall). The whole complex is in a bad location in a beautiful area. Not sure what the target demographic is but it definitely didn’t do it for us.”

“Easy and fast check in! We stayed as a quick overnight after exhausted travel, and we had such a great night sleep. We stayed in a room with a queen and a single for our toddler, and even he had a great sleep. The room was very fresh and clean, with a microwave, kettle and toaster. The wonderful lady who checked us in also checked us out and she was so lovely! We booked randomly because they had availability, but we would definitely stay again and recommend!”
