“Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available.
Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard.”

“Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family.

“Last minute stay required due to flight cancellations. Resort was extremely accommodating. Cafe meals were superb and reasonably priced. Housekeeping staff, in particular Margaret, were wonderful. Overall would highly recommend.”
