“The breakfast was good, but it was the only satisfying part of our stay. The room smelled of mold, it did not smell good and the beds were so hard. The air conditioning didn’t work well, so it was hot. The shower head wasn’t working properly too, and the sink was clogged.”

“Had the four star material. However, hotel is not maintained properly. Balcony door could not fully close due to building staff not having the key. Causing street noise leaking in. Had to eventually switch room. Definitely not four star equivalent of North America.”
