“An excellent stay at this hotel, it’s even nicer in person, the photos on hotels.com dont do this hotel justice. Our room was very spacious with big windows and nice views. Very good value for the price. The third floor lobby, restaurant and outdoor garden are also beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only a 7 minute didi ride to universal studios. Highly recommend Crowne Plaza! ”

“Es muy complicado que no hablen inglés en recepción. El hotel está muy feo por fuera, lleno de basura a un lado y el lugar del desayuno que es un restaurente, viejo, feo y huele horrible. No había jugos ni nada dulce para desayunar más que comida China, lo cual entiendo”
