The best part of our experience was the excellent service. We always felt taken care of and the staff was kind and helpful at all times taking extra measures to ensure we were comfortable. In comparison to other hotels on our trip the service here was most thorough and caring. My birthday was also celebrated during my stay and staff prepared balloons flowers window art and cakes. My son and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful property in a pleasant location. The staff were extremely competent and the service was flawless. The highlight for us was the breakfast buffet with so many options of local food. We also had some amazing meals at the Chinese restaurant in the evening. We loved the pool and the hot tub too. The hotel is also close to a river with some lovely pedestrian walkways. I would highly recommend this hotel. We hope to return one day!
