“Staff were great. Food was excellent. Rooms were massive and luxurious (we stayed in a villa). Game drivers were really knowledgeable and saw a decent amount of wildlife over the course of 2 game drives. We saw impala (obviously), eland, warthog, giraffe, rhino (and a baby rhino), buffalo, lion and a variety of birds and reptiles.”

“We booked this trip after 2 difficult years of illness and work stress and we were looking for a relaxing and quiet place to go and unwind and enjoy nature. We dreamt of days and nights on the porch listening to the birds and watching the animals by the water hole but instead our entire trip was ruined by building works. “The views are amazing, you forget you are close to the city. The service was great. Ver friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the Valentine’s dinner performance by the saxophonist was amazing. The rooms might need to be upgraded soon. Towels were a bit hard. But we then upgraded to the executive suites and that side everything was great”

“Upon arrival, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, and we were not greeted or made to feel welcome at reception. While the property is very clean, it feels quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture and curtains, in particular, give the impression that little has been updated since the 1980s.”
