Staff was very friendly and helpful, had to change room’s become ac didn’t work and they accommodated up perfectly. Only down side to the stay was the pool is not 4 ft deep and had some algae on the bottom that felt like you were walking in an old river bed. Other than that was a wonderful place

If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

The condo was very beautiful

The Great House is a restored old home with pretty and comfortable rooms (and a powerful shower), but we had some issues with our stay. The room's curtains did not block out enough light at night, so the room was much brighter than we are used to for sleeping, which caused us some issues. Also, we expected breakfast and were even told at check-in the times that breakfast was served, but when we went to the breakfast area, it was completely closed. We asked at the desk about it, and after they checked further, we were told, "I'm sorry, I thought there was breakfast, but it is closed." For one night, it was not a big deal, but we were definitely disappointed. The staff we encountered were cordial, but again, it was not what we expected for our stay there. Next time we are going to choose another location.
