“Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack...

“I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful.”
