There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel, it was one of the nicest and cleanest places we have ever stayed in. My wife especially loved the Jacuzzi bath tub in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and a particularly convenient location for anyone travelling by train with heavy luggage. 5 minute flat walk from the train station.

We were only in Milan for one night as we landed there and went to Venice the next day. This location was excellent if you're traveling via train as it is easily walkable with luggage from the train station. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The rooms are dated but clean, there are elevators.
