Well stocked bathroom - shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush & paste, shaving kit and hairdryer! Complimentary cold water was very welcomed! Coffee machine wasn’t the greatest and no milk supplied for tea, but this wasn’t a huge deal. Fab location to base yourself to explore Milan. Excellent service and communication about check in and accessing the building.

Great location -- the check in process was confusing. Since there is no lobby there needs to be better communication of how it all works before. I was unable to open the link to the pre-registration and asked for help but didn't get a response. Ended up ok and enjoyed staying there
