Vacations Close To Tanger Outlets Fort Worth

The younger guy at the front desk was fine didn’t have a single problem with him. The older guy on the other hand was EXTREMELY aggressive. When I asked for the wifi I was met with questions on how many people I had in the room i knew it couldn’t be noise I hadn’t even turned on the tv. I do travel with my service dog. When I went to air my SD I was met with hostility by the older gentleman and told I had to go to the office to pay for my pet. I tried to explain that I didn’t have a pet in my room he was my psychiatric service dog and that he alerted and responds to panic attacks. Was met with more hostility so I aired my SD and went back to my room. He barked once while I was sleeping and housekeeping came by. The location was good for the event I was attending but beyond that this isn’t a place I would recommend. It smells of mildew and it just overall gross was glad I brought my own blanket to wrap up in.

It is a beautiful property with a nice layout. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a good stay!

Very clean room. Different building name. Its actually butler's brothers. That was confusing. But all in all it was a nice stay

Clean nice staff just had some broken things like the elevator was down and then breakfast the pancake machine as well

Very luxurious for a good price

Room was nice and clean. Real big tv and a good size mini fridge. Only con was there wasn’t a microwave in the room but they did have one in the lobby. The breakfast was good. They had muffins, bagels, waffles, and toast along with eggs, bacon, sausage and breakfast potatoes. We also enjoyed the big pool
