I had a great stay at the motel! It was clean and affordable, which was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option. While the staff did not bother us at all the lady responded almost immediately to each message and request.

The staff was great and very helpful. My room had a weird smell and they moved me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms and hotel as whole. They had construction going on on one side of the building and you wouldn’t know if you hadn’t seen the trucks.

The hotel system was down, and management had only one person handling check-ins for all guests. Since room keys could not be provided, he was also running back and forth to escort guests to their rooms. The gentleman at the front desk was doing everything he could to assist everyone and was very helpful throughout the situation. However, management could have handled the situation better by adding additional staff to assist during an unexpected system outage. Having more staff available would have helped reduce the wait time and made the check-in process much smoother for guests. There was no cleaning crew available, and the rooms were not cleaned or properly maintained on a daily basis. This lack of regular housekeeping appears to explain the unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. Regular cleaning and maintenance would make a significant difference in the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.
