“Good hotel, not so good location”

“Hotel location is very good and close to all the amenities. Staffs are very helpful, from helpdesk, housekeeping, etc. Rooms are spacious and clean as expected. They have done a good job maintaining the property. It is an old property but everything works fine and there is no musty or moldy smell. The bed and pillows are great...no smell at all. It means they clean it well. Only one issue noted. The design of the shower head is a total failure. I dont know how many shower heads are broken on...

“This is more a cheap abnb than a hotel. It has no basic services of a hotel or very very limited. Restaurant has only buffet available, no a la carte, and same for breakfast lunch and dinner. Room service runs until 8:30 pm @-@ It is clear this is a very old property, that has been refurbished but they shouldn’t make it so obvious. It has patches all over. I think their best feature is the IKEA store next to it ! ”

“1人で2泊しました。中山駅から近く、松山空港へもタクシーで10分ほどでした。 日本語でのコミュニケーションがスムーズで、やはり安心感があります。 角部屋で窓から緑が見えて気持ちよかったです。 お部屋はとても清潔で1人には十分すぎる広さでした。リネン類の匂いがやや気になりました(パジャマやタオルの匂いが物によって違う)。 セキュリティも安心。スタッフの方は皆親切でした。タクシーの手配をしていただいたら、ナンバーを控えた紙をくださったのも安心しました。 また台北に行く際は利用したいと思います。 ”

“An excellent hotel, exactly what a 4 star (or dare I say 5 star) hotel should be. My room was extremely spacious and comfortable, the bathroom as well with both bath and shower. I loved retiring to my room after a busy day of sightseeing. Service was welcoming and friendly at all times, and I appreciated the environmental initiatives like the water bottle filling stations. I didn't use the gym but it was mostly cardio equipment, shame there weren't more weight machines. Breakfast was very good...
