Hotel was basically clean but it’s old. All the furnitures are worn out and the hallway has a smell. Location is wonderful and very convenient.

Location is great, it's the biggest hotel near to Ximending. Since it's a large hotel, the check-in process is very chaotic, but once done. the stay was okay.

clean room, staff is welcoming. A staff reminded us it's raining outside when we got out of our room so we could grab our umbrellas. A bit noisy though as soundproof is rather poor. Great location

Not very dirty but not clean. Dust all over room and they didn’t clean when we had service. Gave water at first day but not after. Did not give extra toilet paper. No housekeeping after a certain time so front desk has to take care of requests. Not really four star hotel amenities.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Perfect choice when touring in Taipei. It would be nicer if they can allow 12:00 pm check-out rather than 11:00 am. Sometimes 1-hour extension makes a big difference.

The room wasn’t clean and the pillow had black dirt marks on it so we asked for a new pillow. They said we had to walk to the lobby ourselves to grab a new one. We also booked a bigger room but they gave us the smallest one. We were too lazy to move all our bags. The room was super tiny and only 1 mirror in the bathroom where the plug didn’t work. The shower head was kind of broken too and kept falling down. The elevators are so hot and stuffy I dreaded going in there. Also the room had mold around the corners and there was weird black fur balls everywhere. Staff was friendly tho.
