“Great hotel, great location, right across the mall. Everything is close from it. Pleanty of restaurants across the street and the hotels buffet is good also. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well mantain. Hightly recommended”

“Area outside isn't great”

“Our favorite place to stay in the Tacloban area. The staff is always wonderful and the restaurant downstairs is great. If you don’t want to be in the city, this is the perfect place. ”

“The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.”

“I loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean room and bathroom and ease to restaurants and shopping but no coffee or warm water to have tea or coffee when needed.”

“Staff are great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good but weird I have to ask for drinks. Not an issue though. Can't really think of any complaints since they also have Netflix. 😂 Just a lovely and comfortable place to stay and a feeling of safety specially since there was a typhoon warning when we checked in and they locked down the building in anticipation. They offer airport shuttle for 600 php, when available. Moving around the city is quite easy and convenient as well. Highly...
