“Great hotel, great location, right across the mall. Everything is close from it. Pleanty of restaurants across the street and the hotels buffet is good also. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well mantain. Hightly recommended”

“The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.”

“Staff are great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good but weird I have to ask for drinks. Not an issue though. Can't really think of any complaints since they also have Netflix. 😂 Just a lovely and comfortable place to stay and a feeling of safety specially since there was a typhoon warning when we checked in and they locked down the building in anticipation. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have.
