The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.

Honestly, if you can find someplace for your stay, avoid this one. The washroom/cr smells like urine even during our first day of stay, note that we didn’t even use the room first. Their rooms are not well maintained, lots of stains in their washroom. And the aircon is not working properly, well, I mean it took a long time to cool up a small room. Breakfast was decent, but with very limited options. Staffs were accommodating, they probably are the reason why people keep coming back despite the hotel not being maintained properly.

The only complain I would have was for the mattress, too soft for me. Otherwise, everyone was super nice, easy access to mall and to airport. Also recommend the skye bar, it was really enjoyable in the evening
