“I cannot recommend this hotel. We made a reservation, but when we called to check in, we were told that no reservation existed. We were left in a very difficult situation in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. Despite the reservation not being available, the payment was still charged from my account. This feels like a scam and was a very disappointing experience.”
