My second stay at ARIES Hotel & SPA Zakopane – and by far the best! The hotel is elegant and cosy, with a wonderful atmosphere. Service was excellent from start to finish – warm, professional, and attentive. Halka Restaurant impressed again with outstanding food. Can’t wait to be back!

Front desk staff and concierge are very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent, kind and the rooms and bedding are clean :) The restaurant on location is why u removed a star. The food made me ill. There are a couple of great places around the corner.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing! It’s a quick walk to everything and nestled in a beautiful and serene place. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the spa and fitness space remarkable! If there were more stars to give, I would!
