Absolutely amazing stay! The resort was beautiful, clean, and so enjoyable for me, my husband, and our two kids. We absolutely love Zakopane, and the views from Aries Resort were breathtaking. We had such a wonderful family stay and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel - the children especially loved it. The service was excellent throughout, and there were so many lovely Polish touches. The location was perfect for us too: close to everything, but away from the madness of Krupówki. The spa was brilliant. The pool never felt too busy, the jacuzzi was perfect, and the sauna area was amazing - three different saunas plus a steam room, with the whole space feeling incredibly calm and relaxing. A really lovely hotel and a great place to come back to after a busy day in the mountain. We’d definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed in many famous 5* hotels all over the world. This one? The best Hotel! The amenities are great, the spa? Beautiful. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast has so many option, ideal for couples and families. The location is great too. Honestly if i can give this hotel a higher rating i will. I will definitely go back and will stay here again.

Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient.

Everything absolutely brilliant. Staff helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. All areas of the hotel super clean and well appointed. Our room had real wow factor on arrival and maids maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast excellent and prices in the lovely bar good. Overall great stay and would be the only hotel we’d use if we come back again.

The hotel is in a perfect location centre of town but just nestled away so it feels secluded. Staff ate super attentive. The food if phenominal! The room was spacious and had all amenities needed. This was the second time we have stayed at Aries as it had such a gpof impression the first time. Very close the local slopes and a short drive or bus ride to others nearby. They have a ski/bike rental shop linked to the hotel which we used and they were a good price and very chilled. Best hotel i have ever stayed at! Also the spa is perfect.
