Vacations Close To Syracuse University Art Museum

I’ll be honest—I only checked the reviews after booking this hotel, and I immediately regretted it. Most of the reviews were terrible, and since my booking was non-refundable, I was really disappointed and worried about what to expect. But my experience turned out to be completely different. When we arrived at night, the receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. He even upgraded our stay, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the stay was much better than I expected based on the reviews I had read. Sometimes it’s better to experience a place yourself rather than rely entirely on reviews. I’m glad we gave this hotel a chance!

They have to work on the cleaning. Staff is good. We had to sleep with the kid in the master bedroom because the sofa bed was not clean. No bed sheets or pillows for it. We book a room for 3. Location is ok. Coffee machine is great! Breakfast is ok.

The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking, and the breakfast was pretty standard fare. Overall, a good place to stay!

Very nice staff, common areas are very clean, modern, and what would be expected at this level of hotel. Our room was not ok at the price point. The carpet was worn, stained, and not flush with the flooring. The couch had stains on the sofa cushions. The towel hooks were partly pulled out of the wall. Additionally, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were very firm and small. Gym was decent, pool area decent too. Good, lively bar. The restaurant was decent with very friendly staff.
