The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room had all of the essential amenities, except a hair dryer. The room was also very spacious. The hotel staff was friendly. It was a well-suited accommodation for our quick 1-night stay while attending a concert at the amphitheatre.

We stayed only one night so hard to really analyze all the property had to offer. I can say it was perfect for what we needed. The room was super clean, we loved the coffee machine in the morning and the water station to refill water bottles in the hallway. The only thing I wish we had that was not provided, is a hairdryer.

Not the best location as a car is required to do anything, however that is Syracuse in general so it was fine. We were in town for graduation and were out and about so much that a quiet spot to sleep was all we needed so didn't really appreciate the suite amenities. I think it would be great for families with small kids to make breakfast in the room or business travel when a break from restaurants is required

We had a very pleasant stay, everything was very clean, felt updated and new. Breakfast was above average and kept clean. Room was very spacious! we didn't use all the amenities, but there were a lot to choose from if needed. Would absolutely stay here again, especially for the price.

Self-service check-in was a new experience. The hotel is brand new, so it is in great conditions as of Aug 2026. We only stayed one night, but the hotel is for long stays with a mini-kitchen. However, for such purpose, you will need to purchase the tools for cooking or bring them yourself, which is different from other long-stay chains.
