Great location for first timers to the city! It’s right in the middle of midtown. Awesome breakfast!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, even for me, who eats gluten-free. The hotel's location is excellent. In short, a highly recommended hotel.

Amazing stay! The rooftop has magical views of the city. The staff is great, very welcoming and asked us where we were from and if it’s our first time visiting NYC. The room was excellent with great cable tv and clean towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Completely satisfied with our stay here , definitely will be coming back!

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The room was extremely small, the window faced a brick wall, and the window A/C was loud all night. The bathroom plumbing made a loud noise whenever the water was turned on, and the furniture was outdated. Overall, the hotel was very misleading. I would not stay here again. GOES ELSE WHERE. Don’t stay to save a few dollars. You might get roaches in your luggage

The cost does not live up to the awkwardness of the room. I booked the Premier Nomad Suite with Terrace. Odd placement of the television in the bedroom, no view, overall the best part was the bathroom, mattress was comfortable and location is prime. They will nickle and dime you for early check in or late check out and ranges between 75-100 per hour. Will not be returning.

Loved the front desk staff and the bell staff. Hated that I was charged $210 for parking when I didn’t even have a car there. Still waiting to be refunded. They said they need to investigate. Smh.
