Advertised as a two bedroom apartment
Was one bed room and an awful sofa bed in the kitchen
Tv was smashed
Host unhelpful
We stayless than 30 minutes amd had to book another hotel
Seeking a full refund would not recommend ”

“Room was dirty, no staff on site, low battery got me locked out of apartment for an whole night without refund and request for refund on rest of stay ignored.
Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it.
False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site
The place should be closed down”

“Very comfortable and well furnished flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and free parking. Great communication and very convenient location for the train station, football ground or Wolverhampton centre”

“The property was great. My party really enjoyed it. The only issue is that it was very cold when we arrived. I would suggest in winter having the heat on several hours prior to guest arrival. Otherwise, a great experience. ”

“Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”
