Suring Vacations

Room 315 we got there and I did my bedbug inspection. I did not find any bedbugs but on the bed mattress cover when I lifted all the sheets off there was blood stains from previous bedbugs. I understand that there are many visitors in the pest control company can only catch what they can before somebody uses the room, but we need to be educated today before we just stay in a hotel and bring bedbugs home because there really is an epidemic The sheets were musty in the hotel room smell musty. I don’t know if that’s because of dogs are welcomed or they just don’t watch the bedsheets. Be careful before you just sleep on any old bedsheets. We went to the store and got blankets to put on top and use to cover up and pillowcases. We just take extra precaution Overall, you’re never gonna get the room spotless, but you can tell they didn’t vacuum the corners or anything like that housekeeping On the plus side staff was amazing and the breakfast was very good I probably would never stay there again But it did the job and we did enjoy our stay for the fireworks in Green Bay Five stars to the staff at the desk Three stars for housekeeping Two stars for the pest control company

Our room was clean for the most part, the dresser drawer was broken and couldn't be shut, we didn't have a remote for the TV, but front desk did give us one and the coffee maker was so dirty with a coffee pod left in the water, so I had to clean it out. The caribou restaurant did not serve dinner, which was a disappointment. The water park and arcade were awesome! Friendly staff.

One of my favorite places to stay. Staff was super friendly. Room was great. Shower was amazing!!! And of course, love the location.

Opted for the “premium” room and it was anything but. Hair all over the floor, shredded floor towel for the bath, dead bugs, AC barely worked, hallway smelled super musty and elevator was trashed. It was as fine for a quick one night stay but definitely don’t think it’s a premium vacation spot.

Very decent hotel to stay! Clean Room, great breakfast included, friendly staff and a nice indoor pool, baby pool and hot tub!

Nothing. Place smelt like cigarettes. Very dirty and gross.
