“The staff overall were nice, but id say for the cleaning crew they need to clean the mirrors and a few times the dirty coffee mugs were not changed. As for parking its a tight space but there will be guys to assist you with parking and getting out.”

“El hotel está descuidado no encienden los aires acondicionado en el restaurante y en el lobby con lo que si quieres estar fresco no puedes salir de la habitación hay pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante no prestan atención a la hora de preparar las cosas por ejemplo pedí un smoothie de fresa y durazno y me trajeron un vaso de leche con sirope de fresa en general he quedado muy decepcionado de mi estadia”

“The hotel is excellent for a budget hotel. I did not personally stay in it. I booked for my mother in law and father in law. They said the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room they stayed was in was a bit small. ”

“The Swiss-Belhotel Borneo (Banjamarsin) is a great base for exploring the Banjamarsin floating markets. Very good service, nice rooms. Kind of a funky layout, but all else quite nice. We really appreciated their fast help when our guide did not show up for our floating market tour.”
