“Had a nice stay at the hotel- cute, quaint and very central to everything in Krk town. Breakfast was very good at the restaurant below and we ate very well while in Krk. We enjoyed our balcony attached to the room very much. However, we asked for assistance, needing a taxi and we’re assured it would arrive in the morning and it did not. No one knew about the taxi request at the restaurant reception, and hotel staff weren’t available. The restaurant staff tried to help us upon departure. We...

“Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut.”
