“It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

“When I arrived at the hotel there was NO PARKING available. Twenty spaces but none available! Also, hotel couldnt help with suggestions where to park. When I did check in, hotel staff were not presentable, looked tired and messy. Gave room key and quick instructions. Not shown to room. Carpet in the hallway disgustingly bad, very dirty, worn down and in need of repair.
Was asked what time I wanted breakfast. Breakfast severed between 7 - 9am when suggested 8am hotelier pulled face and sighed....
