“Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. So I did, person answering said we were all set. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers ”

“The room was very clean and the bed was ok, just a bit firmer than I like. It was very quiet even though my room was next to the highway. Westfield is a really pretty town with several restaurants and a Welch's grape factory tour nearby. It's also fairly close to Lake Chautauqua & Jamestown”

“This is a historic property. It was quaint, quiet, and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. It was so fun to walk around and see all the homes and amenities in the Chautauqua Institute.”

“When I arrived at the Butler House, the owner (MK) informed me that it was actually closed for renovations. Expedia had been repeatedly informed of this but continued, nonetheless, to book reservations for guests! MK was very apologetic and offered me accommodation in the camper beside the house. It looked to be very comfortable and roomy, and had a relatively large fridge, so I accepted. Never regretted the decision. “We had a wonderful experience. We booked online last minute and felt very welcomed. The bed was super comfy the house was extremely quiet and the bathroom had everything we needed. We enjoyed a great breakfast before we left the next day. Would definitely stay here again. ”
