The room and bathroom were clean, A/C worked well but was a bit loud. Grab and go breakfast was appreciated. The indoor pool looked nice (we didn’t use it). Check in check out was smooth. Would recommend for an overnight stay. Not the most luxurious but the price was right.

Had a nice room with a lake view, a spacious private deck which we brought take out food to eat out on and enjoyed the view.Refigerator In room is always nice. We brought our dog and room was comfortable and convenient.

The room was clean but the property is not well maintained. Thin, stained blankets. Peeling paint. Rusted sink, ceiling fixture hanging by the wires. Pool looked nice. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!

It was a busy weekend due to the Celtic festival taking place just down the street which brought us to Webb's. Check in went smooth on Friday evening, but Saturday there seemed to be NO staff around. Nothing was ready for breakfast on Saturday morning and we had to go through cupboards to even find coffee cups. (Sunday more items were out for the continental breakfast) Rooms were not serviced on Saturday and No one was around to get towels in the evening. Showers were a must after being in a muddy field all day. Thank goodness the door was ajar where the towels were kept so I was able to grab some. I would also recommend to the hotel to put curtains over the bottom floor windows, while they have nice blinds, the lights along the walk way light up the rooms like a light is on all night. There was plenty of parking and the rooms seemed clean at check in. I would stay here again for the location, but ask about weekend room service.

The room was very clean the hot tub in the room was so relaxing. The pool or miniature golf were not available to use. The price was reasonable and the staff were kind when we saw them. The continental breakfast which was cereal little Debbie's and bagels were supposed to be daily but it was not put out everyday.

I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss further why this was so so wrong.

This place used to be beautiful but sad to say it's not anymore it smells like mold the room smelled like an ashtray when it was a non smoking room. The TV remote didn't work and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Room was not clean trash all over behind the refrigerator. The blind fell and hit my grandson on the head.the pool was filthy . They had parakeet s in a cage by the check in and they had no food or water and filthy cage. People outside all night sitting in chair's drinking and being very noisy until 2am. There was 2 staff members that were very nice only good thing to say about the place.

The best thing about our stay at Webb’s was the proximity to the July 4 fireworks, the view of the lake from my balcony, and the generous room size. I appreciated the friendly and helpful Sabrina who greeted us at the front desk. My bed was comfortable enough. However, its 7/10 rating on Expedia seems high. Overall, my room was clean, but the property (hallway carpets, outside parking lot) was not. The hallways reeked of pot. One guest was very high and hanging out in the lobby and parking lot at different times. The balcony off my room was dirty. Also, there were light bulbs missing from one of the lamps in my room, the balcony porch light was on all night, and the curtain was too narrow and too short to black out the room. There were very few outlets available in the room- the one next to my side of the bed was taken up by the clock and the lamp. The restaurant has shut down. The candy and gift store was closed (I didn’t really need it, but on a day when there were so many people in Mayville awaiting the fireworks, it seems like a bad choice - especially for serving guests of the hotel.) Overall, it is a run down, somewhat unkempt, and understaffed property. Sadly, I won’t be back unless they up their game.
