Such a cute little place. They really take care of property well. Rooms are a little dated, but very clean, had everything I needed. The man who checked us in, whom I think was the owner, was extremely nice, polite, helpful, delightful. Would stay again
Very convenient for our visit to Chautauqua. Parking right outside the room. Comfortable bed and room. We will be back when we are in the area. Thank you!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
This is an honest-to-god motor hotel, located near a Lake Erie beach. It is an economical, clean hotel, with amenities like a kitchen sink, a refrigerator, and a microwave. It has a great deal of space, with a picnic area and a play area for children.
If you want a modern hotel with ultra-soft beds and upgraded decor, this isn't your type of place. But if you want to stay somewhere economical to hike, fish, or swim; have a family and would like to stay a few nights and put together your own meals, this is a great place to be in a beautiful part of New York.
A flashback to the heyday of Americana, the Motel concept. While staying here for the second time in as many years I have noted that our European friends stay here to a get the vibe of all the American movies they have seen from that era. Great community family-friendly; after-all it is where Welches grape juice is made. Plus awesome Italian food is located downtown.
The Theater motel was as expected for a motel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were plenty. Room AC was ok. Small fridge and microwave were a nice surprise. Overall, just a quick night stop after a show at
Chatauqua institute, which was only 20 minutes away.
A clean, quiet and safe vintage motel. Mediocre heat and A/C, but no worse than most inexpensive motels. There are two or three decent taverns in town offering meals, and a good diner for breakfast.
This place was a great find! Cute little motel, clean and well kept. We're a family of five; the man working there was very helpful, put up a cot so we could all sleep in the same room instead of using two rooms. He had it all set up when we got there. It's a good location too, just outside of a cute little town center, very scenic. Would definitely stay again!
The motel is dated, but clean, with comfortable beds, fabulous fluffy towels, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Quiet area. The lovely Manger was friendly at checkin and gave us helpful info. The hanging flower baskets and homey touches outside were very nice.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This is an old property (1948) and is dated but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The carpet needs to be replaced but it was a good place to stay for the money.
While ‘the walls can be thin’, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the room is clean. This is my go to place when passing through; 10 times in 10 years.
