“Nos hospedamos por una noche y desde que llegamos nos dijeron que el Aire Acondicionado funcionaba pero había que esperar a que enfriara nunca enfrío. No quejamos con el personal y no había nadie en el hotel que pudiera solucionarlo. Subieron dos personas del front desk y nos dicen que no había solución. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no habían disponibles. Solo nos ofrecieron abanicos. No dormimos nada en lo absoluto. incluyendo mi hijo quien estaba en la habitación con nosotros. Nunca...

“Just had an outstanding stay at Bel and The Dragon. Everything was 5 stars. The pub/restaurant atmosphere was fab and the quality of the food was excellent - truly delicious. The rooms were clean and airy, and the bathroom with the roll-top bath was lovely. The complementary tea and coffee, whiskey and sloe gin were all a great addition. Every single member of staff was polite and helpful and the service was outstanding. What a fabulous stay! Will be back!”
