We had a large room in the main part of hotel, overlooking the river, all the staff were very helpful, the hotel was very close to all the amenities that we wanted to see. All in all, an excellent visit, we will return again.

We had two rooms and both were amazing with comfortable beds. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very tasty. It’s also a quick walk to the station that takes you to London. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed three nights at the hotel and found the location second to none! It is on the River Thames and was in the shadow of the castle. The rooms were exceptionally quite and spacious. The breakfasts were very good and the restaurant had nice choices for lunch, tea and dinner.

This was an amazing hotel and cannot wait to return. Check in was greeted by lovely staff, especially young gentleman (sorry didn’t get name). Unfortunately lady did send us to the wrong room but gentleman sorted swiftly. Bar staff were lovely. We sat outside and it was just beautiful. Lovely view over Thames. Breakfast was an absolute joy being coeliac and having so much choice. It was one of the best. Highly recommend Rooms clean and the bed comfortable. Stayed in double exec 468 Thank you

Love the hotel and all the food. Location is excellent. I have a problem with my knees and I do wish the main building had a lift. I cannot do the stairs. However, my room in Windsor House section was fantastic as always when I stay there.
