Loved everything about the hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I had limited interactions with staff but they were helpful and polite. The one thing which spoilt the experience was a "service charge" they alert you to when checking in but with no way to really opt out at that time. You have to actually request that this be removed from your account on check out before you're billed for it.

Great hotel very fun to stay at. I love their sense of whimsy and fun. Clean room, spa, pool and gym. Staff very kind and helpful which was appreciated. The location is so great to walk to everywhere and not have to fuss with much transportation which I really enjoy when going to a central city location. The only thing I did wish my room had a bathtub as well as a shower. Excellent stay of many hopefully.
