“This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years. I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door. I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also...

“The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

“The "apartment" is actually a room that somehow got added a kitchen table and a sink. The bed is quite small. I don't know how it would fit 2 ppl. The toilet is outside down the corridor and you need to remember the door code or you'll get locked outside. If you wake up at night to go to the toilet is a prices to get all dressed, bring the toilet key, and your phone to remember the code to get back, all while you're half asleep. It's a cheap option but it's inconvenient. I was not thrilled...
