“Everything was as good as always We stay there regularly. Only complaint was we were in the disabled unit room 9 and there was no outside light. It made it difficult to find where to put the key and to see where you walking.”

“Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.”

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”
