Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Only thing which needs to be updated are the towels, they are very thin, small and old. We did get woken up by carpet cleaners, was very loud, which was also annoying.

The rooms here were very clean and well-appointed, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating too. The only negative point would be that the wi-fi seemed to be non-accessible on the upper-floor (and wasn't great downstairs, outside of the main pub area, either). It's located in a nice part of Maitland though, a few nice cafes nearby and an IGA in walking distance. Definitely worth checking out the Thai and Vietnamese restaurants a block over too.
