“The hotel is a great, affordable choice for an airport overnight stay or possible getaway, we just weren’t there long enough. Due to limited staffing I had to arrange that someone let us in for our very late (early) arrival at the airport but due to flight delays and other complications we were even later checking in and though I tried getting a hold of someone to let them know there was no answer or acknowledgement, so when we finally arrived exhausted no one was there to greet us.
