Vacations Close To St. Paul's Cathedral

As long as everything goes well you’re good and the location is great but if you have a problem nobody there can help and management is MIA working always from off site. Next time i’ll pay twice as much and stay at Hilton Paddington just to never have to deal with non-helpful staff and management. My issue was being double charged because I wanted to use a different card and they would never reverse the charge on the card I wanted to clear after THEY said we have to do the charge on the card you want to use first. 3 days I asked and kept hearing “we’re looking into it” 4 different staff members I asked until I had to speak with hotels.com and my bank. Tried to do it without elevating it but they WOULD NOT LISTEN. Just to be clear they were both travel credit cards with high limits not debit cards. I simply wanted charges reversed from one card and put on another. I’ve traveled Europe for 40 years and NEVER had trouble like that in even the remotest of villages and this was LONDON. Lesson learned with small cheap hotels

Great services apartment in quiet residential area close to tube station. Ideal for three adults.

Great location. Near museums, Churchill war rooms, Parliament, fine dining. Quiet area, clean, and nice breakfast. Some of the room furniture could be better placed, for example two chairs crowded around the table right next to my bed. I had to move one of the chairs closer to the window which made more sense.

The Langham epitomizes comfortable elegance. It feels like coming home when we visit London. Everything is perfectly correct, but also warm and welcoming. We will always return.

Room was dirty floors shower not clean

The staff are incredible and the garden in the back is a dream to have in the summer!!!
