“Very disappointed with my stay at the Sandman Signature hotel in St. John’s, NL. Prior to my reservation cancellation date, I had called the Sandman Hotel to confirm that the pool was open. However, once arriving after an 8 hour drive, my family and I were told the pool was closed since April and would not be opening. The only reason I had booked this hotel was for access to the pool, and at that point I was unable to book anywhere else. We were given $100 off our $1657 total stay for 5 nights,...
