After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...
