They need to use fabric softener, the towels were extremely rough. Two towels and one hand towel isn't enough for two adults that need to shower. A lady needs a towel for hair and it needs to be the size of the body towel they had. The body towel needed to be twice the size it was. “À notre arrivée vers 19h00 (plus ou moins), le bureau était fermé et personne pour nous accueillir. Pourant il était écrit "ouvert" et qu'l fallait sonner. Ce fut une très triste expérience. Malheureusement !!!
J'étais obligé de chercher un autre hôtel dans une ville que je connais pas. C'est la première fois que j'ai rencontré une telle situation. Et je n'ai jamais eu un mot d'excuse de la part du propriétaire. Nous sommes au Canada s'il-vous-plaît !!!

“Stayed here overnight for a music festival. Pina was very a accommodating ,letting us check in early to attend festival opening. Place is clean quiet and close to many restaurants in the area Pina and her staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was perfect for our group. Would stay here again in the future. Already looking forward to next year's festival and staying here again.
