I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. Really good value for the money. The room was clean. Had a fridge and microwave in it. We’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the Sarnia area again!

Room was impeccably clean and excellent condition, bed comfortable. No breakfast, no coffee machine in room, basic service. Just what you need if you just want to stop for the night. There's a Tim Horton's just down the road. Also a relatively large (for a hotel) fridge and freezer in the room. Parking easy in front of the room. Friendly staff. Free wifi. We were pleasantly surprised at this price point. Excellent value for money. We arrived late but owner called us before to let us know to ring the bell. Check in and check out was a breeze. Perfect.

It was alright, got the basic needs and you get what you paid for. Overall the room looked presentable and it was sufficient for someone that is staying alone for a night. Only issue is that the bathroom door didn’t stay shut.

Excellent all round. I wish I could have stayed another night I was very comfortable. The (owner?) is a genuine guy. No coffee machine but worth it.
