“This place is a real enigma: accommodation is excellent, lovely large, clean well appointed room and bathroom but the entertainment/ restaurant/ pool centre was my idea of hell. (Resembles a very busy food court in a noisy overcrowded mall). The whole complex is in a bad location in a beautiful area. Not sure what the target demographic is but it definitely didn’t do it for us.”

“The staff were exceptional! They had booked us an upstairs room, but due to my husbands health, that was not even an option, so the staff changed us to a downstairs room with no issues. It was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for the two of us.”

“The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...

“I missed not having face cloths in the bathroom. Also light from the outside security light came in through the side of blind at night which disturbed our sleep. The room was very clean & beds were comfortable. Parking availability was excellent & noise from the hotel was minimal. Would definitely stay again.”
