“Good property just that the last night our room was not clean.”

“Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

“Love this hotel. Love the staff, great place.”

“Great place for my quick stop in York. Cozy and clean. Thank you.”

“Comfortable room. Excellent food in restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful”

“All the staff super friendly and the room was very big and clean. The mattress wasn’t great though and the noise travelled through the rooms- people above were quite noisy. Breakfast had good options but the scrambled egg on toast wasn’t great- should’ve done the full English! Would stay again but the bed could be comfier and hopefully not as noisy people above next time.”

“Sitio maravillo por el entorno y y el personal del hotel. Muy cerca de York por si se quiere ir de compras o a una visita cultural. ”

“Enjoyed the inexpensive rate and proximity to bus! Cleanliness wasn’t the best in the room, but for the rate can’t complain. There were a few pieces of hair on my bed sheets which didn’t leave the best impression, but moved on. Shared bathroom was fine and always empty which was nice! Walls are quite thin so I could hear the guy next to me snoring. And some people were quite ignorant and loud at night, but not the hostels fault! Overall decent stay for a budget trip!”

“Linda ubicación en zona muy tranquila de York. Habitación confortable y lindo desayuno. Todo el personal muy atento y con buena disposición. ”
