“Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.”

“The hotel was very nice and looked well kept. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable (and large). The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive, We stayed for a concert in Bootle and the hotel was conveniently located near the railway station so we had no difficulty getting there.”

“Rooms need a really good upgrade, as old fasioned, beds are comfy and room to hot, needs aircon and staff need be more pleasant and organised , also entertainment needs be better and until midnight”

“There could have been extra pillows. We had the evening meal it was lovely but very unusual mixture of food.(rice . Beef stew.pork.carrots cabbage. Fish gougions. Mushroom sauce.roast potatoes. Veg soup .chocolate cake and vanilla cake . And there was only water available. I would have took a drink if I would have known.”
