Just a great hotel

Amazing breakfast and clean property. One drawback was lack of ice machine, though you can get ice at the bar at the main lobby. Great staff.

Amazing Hotel and Staff. Good location, great cleaning, nice bed, good amenities and beautiful view from my bed! Definitely Toor will be us hotel in Toronto for ever!

Usually I would have great things regarding our stays here in the past. This one wasn’t as great of an experience. We were there for one night to enjoy the blue jays game. Check in was great no issues. Although we discovered our toilet was not working. After we returned from the baseball game (10pm or so) we reached out to the front to advise them of our toilet issue. They sent someone up to inspect. After he determined the toilet was inoperable and they were going to switch us rooms. After specifying they would be up in 5 mins with keys to the other room it was about an Hour and 2 phone calls later before someone arrived. I even offered to go downstairs and Get the key myself. We’ve been to the Fairmont several times and this is the first time we disappointed not so much the toilet being broken but we Were only there one night. By the time we got our other room it was too late To go anywhere to eat and room service was closed. Not to mention there was no offer of discount or compensation for the inconvenience.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything required with a very good fridge and freezer, these were particularly helpful in the very warm temperatures experienced in Toronto in June. Staff were all exceptionally approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for restaurants, cafes and public transport. The only slight downside is that guests are not permitted to use the balconies leading from the rooms, which was frustrating during a period of such nice weather.

Everything was spotless. The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful
