Staff at the hotel can't do enough for you, they are super helpful, as well as very friendly and polite. Location is great, a few blocks away in serveral directions for buses and street cars. Hotel is spotlessly clean.

We had a wonderful one night stay while we were in Toronto. The hotel is super clean and conveniently located many things that are within walking distance. The valet service was nice and they held our bags and car for awhile longer after check out so we could explore the city more. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone passing through!
