No information was made available to get breakfast or any amenities that were included in the booking. The only staff interaction was with the cleaners at the door when they came to clean. Some hidden fees : resort fees and resort fee tax were charged on the security deposit without any prior knowledge or indication and which were supposed to be included at the time of booking. The staff needs to be trained on customer service. I work in customer service as a manager, and the staff at the counters not only looked like they had just woken up, with messy hair and no make up and dark circles under their eyes. They looked miserable. No smiles, no help, and no information. Here is your key, and bye. The food staff was excellent at all locations. The cleaning staff was all smiling and very welcoming. Why a daily resort fee? A resort fee should be a one-time charge.

First time staying at Harrah’s. We loved the location in the middle of the strip. There many places to eat nearby like the LINQ Promenade. The Piano Bar inside is awesome. We had a blast. We will definitely be staying here again
