We were staying in the 3 bedroom villa it was nice but very isolated. It was a good 5 minute drive away from resort. We could use all resort facilities but for charging resort prices it was more of an air B&b and was miss leading advertising Once morning after breakfast kids wanted to just in the pool, So I went to get them resort towels and the lady behind the desk said Don’t you have towels in ur villa you meant to bring them with you when using the pool. I said well I’m not driving down the road to get 1, she ended up give them To me but said next time bring your ones that’s what they are for. I Wouldn’t stay here again I brought my concerns up to staff on arrival and I was dismissed saying that’s all the available rooms they have left. Over all all it was a nice resort staff here very welcoming and nice to our kids

We loved our stay here. The staff were great. We spent our days snorkeling on the beach and enjoyed the nightly entertainers. Highly recommend the island night as well. Delicious buffet, and excellent performers.

The Lagoon is the $M location. Employees in all areas were excellent, friendly and professional. Food at Breakfast Buffet was great with side Chefs offering personalised cooking. Only problem with breakfast was constant broken Coffee Machines, really need to be updated. Rooms were great and excellent team members cleaned daily, professionally with a smile. Only problem we had was only 1 washing machine working for whole resort. Will stay here again and recommend.

We loved our stay here, first time travelling with our 1 year old and we don’t have anything but positive thoughts about our holiday at the rarotongan. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Our housekeeper was awesome. Please never change your smiles and being great people!! Amazing snorkelling, alot of the gear (kayaks etc) have been upgraded recently so everything is new. Kids club great, activities great and lots of space for the little one to explore. If you want a family friendly place to stay defiantly don’t go past the rarotongan.

The property is nice & very family friendly. The real treat is the snorkeling in front of the property. It’s incredible. You can just walk out of your room, jump in the water and swim with turtles.
